Well I woke up early Monday morning and prayed that the scale would show some movement.  I was truly expecting to see the scale jump up.  I had been to visit my sister in Manitoba and had not eaten the best.  
I am proud to say that I lost one pound!  But I reached my goal is 10 activity points.  So thats it so far.  HOpefully I can keep losing.  
I went to the gym tonight and had a friend show me some really good workouts for my triceps.  I'm hoping to get my arms more toned as well.
